Sound of Spirit Concert

Sound and music have a powerful way of moving the deep waters of our being, illuminating the cavern of our subconscious, and igniting the fire of our hearts. In more eastern, quantum, or esoteric understandings, it is at these deep emotional, sub- atomic, and energetic levels where patterns of ill-health in body and mind are rooted, and the seeds of awakening await activation.

Using quartz crystal singing bowls, a shruti box, shamanic drumming, and vocal toning and chant, sound healer and musician, Paul Thomas, creates a deeply relaxing and powerfully transformative sound experience – opening a doorway for others to explore their inner worlds. Participants, while lying down, are immersed in a dynamic field of vibrations that can act as a potent catalyst for:

• Stress relief
• Deep relaxation, centeredness, & rejuvenation
• Emotional release & clarity
• Physical pain relief & healing
• Chakra & energy system balancing/activation
• Personal insight, spiritual connection, & transcendental awareness

Participants are asked to bring something comfortable to lie on (i.e. thick cushion or blankets), a warm covering, and a pillow. Eye shades and a water bottle are recommended as well. We will not have extras  at the shop.
