“Lincoln at Gettysburg” for the Hearing-Impaired

Youth and families will explore President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg journey and speech with park rangers and American Sign Language interpreters. The morning will include interactive tours of the David Wills House Museum and the Soldiers’ National Cemetery, and conclude with a recitation of the Gettysburg Address in American Sign Language.
This special program begins at 9:00 a.m. at the David Wills House in downtown Gettysburg (8 Lincoln Square/Gettysburg), then will proceed to the National Cemetery at 9:45 and will conclude with a children’s book reading program at the Gettysburg Museum and Visitor Center at 11:00 a.m.
