Kipona Festival

This is a regional event, one you might consider if venturing outside Adams County during your visit.
The City of Harrisburg hosts the 106th annual Kipona Festival along Riverfront Park and City Island from Saturday, September 3 – Monday, September 5. The event features two live music stages, a Native American Pow-Wow, free UPMC Family Fun Zone, a laser light show, wire walkers, food trucks, a beer/wine garden, canoe races and much more! The event runs 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Monday.
PARKING – Street parking is free on Sunday and Monday. On Saturday, get 4 hours of free Downtown street parking using the code LUVHBG in the Parkmobile app. $5 parking on City Island and $10 parking from 10am-10pm at the Market Square Garage courtesy of Park Harrisburg.
