Civil War Living History at Rock Chapel Church

Civil War Living History and church service at Historic Rock Chapel Church, 4730 Oxford Rd., York Springs PA. 17372.  June 10th at 2 pm.  Immerse yourself in the living history and experience period music, by Charlie Fry, Jeffrey Greenawalt and East Berlin Community Singers.  Explore a union Camp and witness the portrayal of James Maclay, by Jeffrey Geenawalt.  James is a local Franklin County miller who joined the war as an artillerist and fought three days at Gettysburg.

Exhibits open at 2 pm- Exhibits and service free and open to the public

Portrayal of James Maclay and church service 3 pm

Pulled Pork BBQ meal 5 pm -Tickets sold in advance for BBQ meal, $10.  (Church of God pavilion, 4521 Oxford Rd., York Springs, PA 17372)
