Native American Heritage Day Events

“Native American Heritage Day Lecture and Film.” Sat. November 26 at 1pm. A brief lecture about the Maryland State Arts Council’s Land Acknowledgement Project followed by a screening of “Where the Waters Blend,” a short documentary film tracing the journey of a young, two-spirit woman from estrangement with her tribe and family to reconciliation and embracing her future role as a leader.
