Fall Charcuterie Workskhop

Join in an afternoon of charcuterie and exploring the shops and vendors at The Marketplace at Gettysburg! Kristen Meckley from Slice of Divine Charcuterie walks you through a fun and entertaining lesson on how to curate a beautiful 10 in. charcuterie platter. During the workshop, attendees learn different cheese cutting techniques, how to create ever-popular salami roses and rivers. Platters feature 4 different varieties of cheeses, 3 varieties of meats, olives, nuts, dried fruits, honeycomb, honey, mustard, fruit jam, assorted fresh fruits, herbs and fresh flowers for garnish.
