Visitors to the Rupp House History Center have an opportunity to enjoy a series of Courtyard Chats throughout the 2019 spring/summer season.

Join us and relax in the comfort of a rocking chair on the courtyard porches of the historic Rupp House on Saturday, May 11, 2019, for a chat entitled, Doing Research in Washington, D.C. Keith F. Shovlin, author, researcher and amateur genealogist, will talk about his personal research in libraries and D.C. facilities for his writings and to unravel the story of his rich family history. The program begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Rupp House, located at 451 Baltimore Street, Gettysburg. Before and after the chat, take time to explore the Rupp House History Center to learn the civilian stories connected to the Battle of Gettysburg. The chats and the museum offer free admission.
