More than 1,900 wounded Union and Confederate soldiers were hospitalized. Living historians help you discover the stories of the soldiers, surgeons and civilians of Gettysburg–just minutes from the battlefield. The site is open in summer through Friday, August 12th, Saturday, August 13th and Sunday, August 14th only with access via shuttle from the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center. Shuttle tickets (Adults $6.00/Youth $2.00) are available at the ticket counter or by calling 877-874-2478.
