Take steps to be Healthy For Good at the American Heart Association’s 2019 Adams/Hanover Heart Walk. Supporting the Heart Walk funds lifesaving science. It also makes your heart healthier. Walk with us and join the fight against heart disease and stroke. The Heart Walk is held rain or shine. Leashed pets are welcome to join their humans at this event.
