Adams County Arts Council’s 25th Anniversary Celebration

Twenty-five years of cultivating an arts-rich community is a milestone to celebrate! Join the Adams County Arts Council (or become a sponsor) as they mark this occasion, honor outstanding volunteers, and welcome distinguished speaker Philip Horn, executive director emeritus of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, and soloist Jessica Gondwe.
